This deeply flavorful Essence de Champignon Gold is a blend of white button, crimini and portobello mushrooms.

It works well as a light-bodied sauce or stock to add rich, elegant flavors to soups, stews, risottos, and pastas. Alternatively, it can be used full strength to add a beautiful mushroom aroma to most any finished sauce. Particularly nice for adding depth and flavor vegetarian soups and sauces.
