Grape seeds produce what many people think is the perfect cooking oil, and France has tons and tons of them. Long preferred by French chefs, grape seed oil has an almost neutral flavor that enhances other flavors. Grape seed oil also hase one of the highest smoking points of any available cooking oil, and it is high in Omega-6 fatty acids.
