All Cal Valls olives are organic and they are produced according to traditional techniques practiced for countless centuries in this prized area of Catalonia. This includes growing them side by side with almond trees that act as a natural pesticide.

Once picked the olives are naturally cured with water and salt to produce a pleasantly meaty olive.

Arbequinas are the pride of the Catalan table. Not only do these small grey-green gems produce highly prized oil, but they also make an exquisite eating olive.
